If you are past your younger years then you usually have to do much more and put in more effort to grow taller. But it is possible.  There are pretty much three main ways to get taller.

Medication/Pills

There seems to be a magic pill or medication for any disorder or symptom nowadays.  Most of the time you don’t even need a prescription for these pills.  The grow-taller crowd is not immune to this.  There are many pills that claim to have found the formula to growing taller.

However, make no mistake about it, grow taller medications do not have sufficient scientific medication as to being a solution to your short end of the stick genetics in height.

Many people have sought to try HGH in order to grow taller.  Although HGH is produced naturally in your body, it is still very harmful to inject yourself with HGH that hasn’t been produced naturally.

In addition, HGH only works during the formative years.  It won’t help your grow any taller if not produced naturally in your body and is inject after your formative years.

Surgery

Surgery is a very costly and invasive procedure.  Many people don’t like to go under surgery and this should only be considered for the most dire people.
