Hanging
Find a bar (such as a pull-up bar) and hang on it for at least 10 seconds or as long as you can

Leg Kick
You perform the leg kick by positioning yourself on your stomach with your arms straight out. Raise your left arm higher than your right arm, lift your right leg off the ground as far as you can. Hold the position for at least 4 seconds and then alternate legs
Pelvic Shifts
Lay back on your shoulders with your arms planted firmly on the floor. Bend your knees and draw your feet as close to your butt as you can. Arch your back as that the pelvis thrusts upwards and hold for 20 seconds.
